MZXM series precision automatic riveting machine adopts the principle of combining electric and pneumatic, and completes the riveting action through riveting reciprocating motion and hypocycloidal riveting trajectory. The processing operation is smooth, no impact, low noise, no pollution to the environment, precise positioning, and smooth processing surface. Smooth and flat, it is especially suitable for riveting processing in precision machinery industries such as copy machines, industrial sewing machines, motorcycles, automobile instruments, and bicycle parts.
This machine is fully functional and can rivet countersunk head, semicircle head, cylindrical head, spherical cylindrical head rivets and hollow rivets. It can also use the rotating and extruding action of the rivet column to squeeze the surface of the recessed countersunk head platform into a bright surface.
