Features:
A servo motor is used to control the up and down linear motion. The riveting motor drives the riveting head to rotate through the synchronous pulley to complete the riveting action. This series of products has introduced advanced foreign technology and made improvements in mechanical structure, electrical control and other aspects, making the product's working reliability and lifespan greatly improved compared with similar domestic products. The equipment has compact structure, stable performance, convenient and safe operation; smooth processing, no impact, low noise, accurate positioning and smooth processing surface. It is especially suitable for automobiles, motorcycle instruments, construction hardware, industrial electronics, electrical switches, daily equipment and other process occasions that require riveting. It reduces the workpiece clamping time and improves the riveting efficiency.
This machine has complete functions and can rivet countersunk heads, semi-circular heads, cylindrical heads, spherical column heads and hollow rivets; it can also use the rotation and extrusion of the riveting column to squeeze the countersunk head platform into light.
