3. During the use of the automatic riveting machine, once the equipment fails, it should be stopped for inspection in time. If there is no equipment maintenance knowledge, it should be sent to the maintenance department for repair in time, and it is not allowed to disassemble without permission.

 

       4. For equipment that works continuously, add lubricating oil to the equipment 3-4 times each shift.

5. When using, you should pay attention to whether the connection between the handle and the cylinder is firm. Once loose, you need to stop and adjust.

1. Frequently check the upper and lower parts of the cylinder to see if there is air leakage. If there is air leakage, the seal may be aging and the seal needs to be replaced.
